Review Hitman Terms of Service

Account setup
Creating an account is free. Accepting these terms creates your account only. It does not authorize paid service, automatic submissions, Google Manager access, public replies, appeals or profile edits. Those permissions require separate, explicit approval.
Service
Review Hitman helps businesses analyze Google reviews for policy signals, prepare owner-approved challenge materials, monitor outcomes, and draft professional responses. Live removal submissions are not yet available.
Launch pilot
Businesses enrolled under our Launch Pilot Terms receive the pilot services made available until April 1, 2027 (midnight at the start of that day in America/Denver) at no charge. This extension includes existing pilot enrollments without changing their saved consent or separate service permissions. There is no automatic paid renewal or retroactive charge for pilot work. Pilot terms control conflicting pricing and pilot liability provisions.
Pricing
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the success fee is $100 USD per successfully removed qualifying 1–3 star Google review. There is no success fee when Google does not remove the review, the review remains pending, or the review is not qualifying. A charge requires separate paid-service authorization and a verified qualifying removal. Account setup alone authorizes $0 in fees.
No guarantee
Review Hitman does not guarantee removals, timelines, rankings, ratings, or revenue outcomes. Google decides final outcomes through its own systems and policies.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information, maintain authority to act for the business, review and approve external submissions when required, and avoid asking Review Hitman to buy, fake, suppress, threaten, or manipulate reviews.
Limits and monitoring
Paid service requires a separate agreement on per-review, monthly and total fee limits. Ongoing monitoring is optional and starts only after activation requirements are met. Signup does not authorize monitoring or unlimited spending.
Ownership and ending service
You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile. Review Hitman requests a Manager role through a separate Google connection flow. You can revoke Manager access in Google and use the disconnect control in Review Hitman. You can cancel from your dashboard or contact us for help ending service.
Acceptable use
The service may only be used for lawful, policy-based review management. We may suspend access for abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or platform-violating use.
