The offer

Review Hitman is a new company testing its service before launch. New accounts enrolled under these terms receive the Review Hitman services made available during this pilot at no charge through December 31, 2026 (Mountain Time), including qualifying review-removal success fees. No card is required. There are no deferred pilot fees or automatic paid renewals.

After the pilot

Free service ends at the stated date. Continued paid service requires a new, explicit pricing agreement and payment authorization. Pilot work will not be billed retroactively, even if Google decides the outcome after the pilot ends.

Availability and risks

This is an experimental service. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, changed or withdrawn. Google linking and live removal submissions are not yet available. Enrollment reserves the free offer; it does not mean your business is connected or service has started. Google controls review decisions, timing and account restrictions. No removal, rating, revenue or other result is guaranteed.

Participation

You confirm you are authorized to enroll this business, will provide accurate information, and agree to share reasonable feedback about your experience. Positive feedback, a public review, a testimonial or permission to use your business name in advertising is not required. You may leave the pilot at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Google permissions

Accepting these pilot terms does not grant Google access or authorize reporting, appeals, public replies or profile edits. Those permissions must be presented and approved separately for your selected business. You retain ownership of your Business Profile and may revoke access. We do not request your Google password.

Data

We use your account and business information to provide and evaluate the pilot as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Public testimonials and marketing use require separate permission.

Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that same extent, Review Hitman is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or reputational loss arising from the pilot; total aggregate liability for the pilot is limited to US $100. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
