Can you remove any bad Google review?

No. We focus on qualifying 1–3-star reviews that may violate Google’s policies. Honest criticism and low ratings alone are not grounds for removal. Google decides every outcome.

What does it cost?

The success fee is $100 per qualifying review successfully removed. It is the same fee for a 1-, 2-, or 3-star review. There is no monthly retainer, no upfront removal fee, and no success fee for unsuccessful challenges. New accounts enrolled in our launch pilot receive the available pilot services free through December 31, 2026, including removal fees, under the Launch Pilot Terms. No automatic paid renewal.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Creating your account is free. Signup does not activate paid service or authorize a charge. Payment and service terms are handled separately before paid service starts.

Can I start removing reviews today?

You can create your account now. We are in early access, and live removal submissions are not yet available. Your account does not start a Google challenge or charge your card.

How long does removal take?

There is no guaranteed timeline. It depends on the review, the evidence, and Google’s process. We don’t promise overnight results or charge a success fee while a case is still pending.

Does Google offer a free way to report reviews?

Yes. Business owners can report policy-violating reviews directly to Google for free. Review Hitman is an independent service for businesses that want help assessing policy fit, organizing evidence, and following the case.

Will I keep control of my Google Business Profile?

Yes. You keep ownership and control. Never share your Google password with us. Any future connection and external action must be properly authorized for your business.

What if a review is genuine?

A genuine negative experience may not qualify for removal. The right next step may be a constructive response or resolving the customer’s concern. We won’t invent a policy violation to force a challenge.

Do you contact or pressure the reviewer?

No. We don’t threaten reviewers, offer incentives to change reviews, or create fake feedback. Our focus is review content and Google’s published policies.
