What we collect
We collect account details, business contact details, Google Business Profile or Maps URLs, review data needed to analyze policy signals, service preferences, billing/activation status, and communications related to support or follow-up.
How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, run review analysis, prepare owner-approved Google review challenge workflows, provide service updates, track outcomes, prevent abuse, and process success-fee billing only when applicable.
What we do not do
We do not sell customer data. We do not buy, fake, threaten, or suppress reviews. We do not guarantee Google removal outcomes.
Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, communications, and Google workflow integrations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep records needed for active service, auditability, billing, dispute history, security, and legal compliance. Customers can request access, correction, or deletion, subject to operational and legal retention needs.
