Review Hitman Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect account details, business contact details, Google Business Profile or Maps URLs, review data needed to analyze policy signals, service preferences, billing/activation status, and communications related to support or follow-up. If you save onboarding progress, we store the business/contact fields you enter. We record the versions and text of required signup acknowledgements, your account and business identifiers, and the time of acceptance.
Google connection
If you separately connect Google, Google handles your Google password and consent. Review Hitman stores encrypted connection tokens needed for the authorized connection. We do not collect your Google password. Connecting does not itself authorize charges, review reports, appeals, public replies or profile edits.
How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, restore saved onboarding progress, run review analysis, prepare owner-approved Google review challenge workflows, provide service updates, track outcomes, prevent abuse, and process success-fee billing only when applicable. Acceptance records document the terms and notices presented when you created the account.
What we do not do
We do not sell customer data. We do not buy, fake, threaten, or suppress reviews. We do not guarantee Google removal outcomes.
Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, analysis, analytics, payment, communications, and Google workflow integrations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep records needed for active service, auditability, billing, dispute history, security, and legal compliance. Saved onboarding drafts remain until signup completes; they are not automatically expired. Customers can request access, correction, or deletion, subject to operational and legal retention needs.
